Eeeeeek!

I just spent the last couple of hours trying to catch a lizard in the kitchen. I did finally accomplish it - there he is above in a plastic container - amid much screaming on my part ;) and was able to release the little guy outside. I wonder what kind of lizard he is ... neat toes :)

Does it look like this one?

You might be able to identify it with the help of this website.

Oh thanks - what a great website. He does look like that one photo. There are a lot of them in the yard and sometimes I have to rescue them from the cats.

BTW, I tried to comment on your post about the apostles being sent, once as my Google self and once as anonymous, but it didn't seem to work. Not sure why this is happening. But anyway, just wanted to tell you that I'm really enjoying the posts - they're teaching me a lot about the gospels :)

Huh...that's so annoying. I have no idea what the problem could be, or how I can fix it. I mean, I thought I did fix it, but apparently not.

I'll try again on the latest post - try one of the other ID options :)

I tried signing out and posting an "Anonymous" comment, and it worked. Please let me know if you try again and it doesn't work.

OK, I'm starting to get depressed. I tried commenting using my Google account, using anonymous, using my name and url, using another browser. Each time when I clicked "publish", the comment vanished. That's what made me think it was going to spam. Sorry I can't seem to make it work. Here's the comment to your post ...

Interesting. I do find it confusing, the question of whether Jesus came to abolish the law or not. When he did things like heal people on the Sabbath or eating with prostitutes or stopping the stoning of the adulterous women was that a kind of abolishing of the law?

It does seem that if it was God's plan to unite everyone through Jesus' resurrection that it didn't work. My past spiritual director might say 'God doesn't always get what God wants' but that idea isn't very biblical.

Actually, I did get two comments from you. I have moderation on, so that's why they didn't show up (yet). But these are the first two comments I've received from you since I started blogging again.

Oh good! Can you tell which sign-in IDs worked for me? I'll be sure to use one of them the next time I comment.

Well, I'm not sure. One was "Anonymous," and the other says "crystal" and links to your blog. So if you tried two of them, I would say they both worked.
